This is a spacious single storey traditional cottage, formerly the shepherds cottage.

Located near to a very quiet minor road, the cottage has it’s own secure garden and grounds and there are lovely sea views to Arran and Ailsa Craig.

There is a secluded beach within ¼ mile, reached by a sloping path, ideal for walks, wildlife watching and picnics.

The cottage has been modernized but retains its original charm. It is spacious but warm and comfortable with oil fired central heating, throughout.

The accommodation comprises:

Kitchen with dining area
Spacious sitting room with wood-burning stove and french windows to patio, ,
Large double bedroom with king sized bed,
Second bedroom with two single beds,
Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and W.C. Sleeps 2-4.
